E-Corps Mission Statement: To provide KAG members with the tools necessary to expand their presence on the Internet.

E-Corps Objective: To have every KAG entity (Division, Fleet, Quadrant and Ship) represented on the Internet with their own website.

Here you will find a number of articles on how to get started with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets as well as a a useful HTML template to help get you started with your website project.

KAG E-Corps is here to help you get a website up and running whether you are new to HTML, are looking for ideas on how to flesh out your site, or looking for new ways to leverage the Internet to get the most out of your website.

Beyond HTML, there will also be articles discussing the use of Content Management Systems which can be used to help get your site up and running as well as make it easier to post new content to your site. Also, articles on tips, hints and tricks that you can use to give your site a unique flavor.

Yahoo! and Google Groups have also become a mainstay in intra-ship communications, as well as for larger elements within KAG, such as Quadrants, Fleets, Quartermaster's, and so on. If you haven't set up a Yahoo or Google Group for your ship, consider doing so. It is advised to set the group to manually verify memberships to prevent an influx of spam.

On September 12th 2008, the E-Corps Commander launched the KAGECorps Yahoo! group to facilitate exchanging information and ides related to web design and development. The difference between what I know and what I don't know is lage and there are other people around who have blazed different trails when developing their web sites.
